Welcome to fit for life coaching

When you commence coaching with Cecily, you will be working in a supportive environment in which your goals for the future are the priority. In partnership, you will work to make positive change influenced by your core values to build the life you desire and deserve. As a coach, Cecily likes to focus on an individual’s growth through proactive change. She will challenge you to become comfortable with being uncomfortable. She will ask powerful questions that are designed to challenge your thinking, and promote behaviour change to achieve your desired outcomes. 

Having successfully transitioned from couch, to 5km and eventually the big 42km, Cecily is skilled at developing tangible, realistic and achievable objectives that will get you across the finish line. She can assist you with:
